1. System Composition
RFID electronic tag;
2. RFID tag dispenser;
3. Fixed RFID Reader;
4. RFID handheld terminal;
5. Smart Laundry Management System.
II. System Design
RFID Tag Sewing: Attach RFID electronic tags in a strip shape to each piece of linen, preferably sewn uniformly in easily accessible locations.
Customer Management: Add and modify customer information, including company lists, contacts, phone numbers, and addresses.
Label Recording: Associate the information of each item to be managed with its RFID tag ID in the database, documenting the workflow and lifecycle of each work uniform and fabric.
Waste Counting and Verification: Directly package the waste items with RFID tags, automatically collect the quantity through fixed RFID reader channels, and record the ID of each scanned waste item to enhance work efficiency and reduce commercial disputes.
Clean Linen Inventory: After cleaning, the linen is re-counted and verified through fixed RFID reader channels to confirm if any items are missing during the washing process. A list is then generated for handover to the user.
Bedding Sorting and Classification: Utilizing the uniqueness of RFID tags to assist in sorting bedding for various wards, ensuring correct placement through RFID readers before packing.
Bedding Inquiry: By scanning the labels on bedding, you can check the information of each piece to prevent loss and misplacement.
3. System Assembly Process
Product Identification: Sew a button with an RFID electronic tag onto each piece of washable clothing that requires tracking, labeling each garment. The RFID smart tag chip contains a globally unique ID and is programmed with specific garment attributes, such as owner information, lifespan, number of washes, and model, based on customer data.
Automatic Inventory Counting: This includes incoming and outgoing inventory counting, accurately recording the quantity of each handover. For packaged contaminated items, RFID tunnel readers enable precise counting with an accuracy rate of up to 100%. These data are objective and scientific, allowing verification of handover quantities with users. Cleaned garments to be returned to users are also accurately counted via RFID tunnel readers, generating a detailed inventory list.
Automatic Sorting: Utilizing the uniqueness of RFID tags, the system enables the automatic sorting of clean garments in the laundry facility, directly distributing them to the smallest user units and generating packed lists.
Data Management: The system stores all information about the laundry items and the washing process data in the database, including washing frequency, service life, washing records, etc. Users can query detailed information of each laundry item, such as washing frequency and the last washing date, through the system to facilitate maintenance and management.
Report Generation: The system can generate various reports based on user requirements, such as detergent usage reports and washing frequency statistics, to assist users in data analysis and decision-making.
Alert function: The system can issue warnings in advance based on the service life and washing frequency of the laundry, prompting users to perform maintenance and replacement to avoid damage or aging of the laundry
